Delete your data
This page applies to the app published on Google Play as Tap Arrows: Escape Puzzle (Arabic listing: ألغاز الأسهم: حرّرها) by the developer Heba_@ah (publisher: Pixelsaa), package name com.pixelsaa.taprrows.
Tap Arrows has no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. This page explains how to delete local game data and contact us about other information.
1. Game data on your device
Your progress, stars, coins, themes, settings, and mode statistics are saved locally on your device. To delete them:
- Open Android Settings → Apps → Tap Arrows.
- Choose Storage → Clear data / Clear storage, or uninstall the App.
We generally cannot identify or remotely delete game data held only on your device.
2. Google services
AdMob and Firebase may process technical and usage data linked to device or installation identifiers. Clearing App data does not automatically delete information that Google has processed independently.
- Review advertising privacy choices in the App’s Settings when available in your region.
- Manage your advertising identifier in Android or Google settings, where supported.

3. Deletion requests and questions
Email shehab.mohammed.web@gmail.com with the subject “Tap Arrows data deletion”. Describe the data you mean and any relevant earlier support correspondence. Do not send passwords or payment information.
We review requests in accordance with applicable rights and legal requirements. We may need limited information to locate data or verify a request. We may be unable to link third-party service data to you without suitable identifiers and will explain relevant limitations in our reply.
We may retain the minimum correspondence needed to meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, or document how a request was handled.
